One of the more unusual vintage purses made by Whiting and Davis.

Beautiful gold mesh bag made in the 1920's by popular company Whiting and Davis. It has a latching gold cap that is engraved on the top with a floral motif. It opens like an accordian with a circular frame that is linked to the purse. This exceptional handbag is lined in a peach taffeta and even has a small square mirror in the original paper holder. It has a beautiful gold chain handle that measures 4 1/2" long. Purse measures 5 1/2" long and 4" at it's widest.
